Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and maintain gas appliances and central heating systems.
  • Carry out safety inspections and ensure full compliance with current Gas Safe regulations.
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
  • Commission heating systems to ensure optimum performance.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional approach on every job.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Gas Engineer or in a similar heating and plumbing role.
  • A strong understanding of current gas safety legislation and industry standards.
  • Experience installing, servicing, and maintaining domestic heating systems.
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a practical problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A reliable, hardworking attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • A full UK driving licence (essential).
